The groundlevel area of Laurel River Retreat adds a heated den/work/play area. This downstairs area provides yet another getaway space with a beautiful river view.

It is a great play area for kids or adults. Good for games, artwork. Floor is concrete. Five windows face the front; double glass doors face the driveway patio and another glass door provides direct access to the patio on the other side.

With direct access to both patios on each side of the house, the basement area also provides a nice indoor area for cookouts on the patios.
